What this site collects, and what it does with it.
This website exists to introduce Mo Honarkar's work and to receive aligned inquiries. It collects only the information a visitor chooses to submit.
Information collected
The only information this site collects is what a visitor enters in the inquiry form: name, organization, email address, optional telephone number, optional website or professional profile, inquiry type, optional opportunity location and the message itself. Visitors who select the Hotel Laguna opportunity may also provide investment role, typical transaction size, relevant experience, nature of interest and timing considerations.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry. It is reviewed by Mo's business team. It is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not used for advertising.
Confidential material
Confidential, privileged or nonpublic transaction materials should not be submitted through this form. Submission does not create an advisory, investment, partnership or confidential relationship.
Retention
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them, and for any period required by applicable law. A visitor may request correction or deletion of a submitted inquiry by writing to the business team through the contact page.
